Juan Balderas González

My name is Juan Manuel Balderas Gonzalez, I was born in CD Tehuacan Puebla in 1976. My love for art began at a very early age, my mother introduced me to caricature courses from a young age, later I also took artistic drawing, an introduction to painting (landscape, still life, marine ect) also took a human figure workshop with models on CD from Mexico, I must also highlight my love for animals and nature since it is part of my work.

My work is born from the depths of me, making a tribute to color, giving freedom to express itself because color has its own life, therefore I did not worry so much about the details, rather I was concerned with the classic to give free rein to my imagination and that the colors are the protagonists. This is how a work of pelicans is born where all these elements communicate nature and color, because we take color from nature, I also bring a theme of flower faces, making a comparison of the beauty and delicacy they share and finally windows of the soul It is a reminder about the covid, where in the whole world we were forced to use a face mask, therefore we could only see each other’s eyes, that is why this work only highlights the eyes and the rest seems fragmented
